I have no idea if this is going to work or not on WordPress and my iPhone, but here’s what I’m planning for today: at key stages of the stag do I’m on (see last night’s entry), I will attempt to give a brief progress report.
If this turns out not to be possible for whatever reason (lack of 3G signal, rampant alcoholism causing my fingers to miss the keys, WordPress not playing ball), then I’ll be reduced to a tippy-tappy summary of events at the end of the night. Which’ll be rubbish, I warn you now.
So, hopefully this post will be updated throughout the day. If not, then… er… sorry, and normal service will be resumed tomorrow. Assuming, that is, that I’m not hit on the head by a golf ball, assassinated by a rogue Tikka Massala, too in awe of Scott Pilgrim to ever leave the cinema, or in hospital having my stomach pumped.
Golf over. Apart from a 14 at hole number 15, caused by bastard bastard bastard sand, everything was cool. Good time had by all. Now to the Avon Gorge Hotel for drinks. And a nice view of the Suspension Bridge. WordPress and iPhone not massively happy together. Will persevere.
In the Indian Ocean restaurant with a beer, waiting for food. Avon Gorge had great views and luckily the rain didn’t kill us. Bill has asked me to mention that he’s single and great in bed. I should also point out that he is very modest. Like the mouse.
Nice meal. We’re now in The Watershed at our specially arranged private screening room. Mission to wind Keith up beforehand was a great success. He was very worried indeed that naked ladies would be involved. Ha!
Just watched Subway at The Watershed. As in the Luc Besson film, not the fast-sandwich joint. Great movie. Ending’s so very WTF 80s.
After Subway, we saw a montage of stuff a few of us made when we were teenagers. It included a Power Rangers spoof that resembled much dropping of acid. Now back to Keith’s for post-stag drinks. It’s been a very good day.
